Pastor Brent Lenentine
Pastor Brent Lenentine and Mrs. Jeanie Lenentine started Gospel Light Baptist Church over 35 years ago in a small storefront on Southern Blvd in Rio Rancho. God has mightily used the ministry of Pastor Lenentine to make a tremendous impact in the greater Albuquerque area. He truly has a pastor's heart and is passionate about souls being saved, lives being changed, and families being helped through compassionate preaching and teaching of the Word of God.

Pastor Daniel Sanchez
Pastor Daniel Sanchez and his wife have faithfully led the Spanish Ministry since 2017. Their family has been actively involved at Gospel Light, with a heart for serving the Lord, helping others, and reaching the Spanish-speaking community with the Gospel.
Donald & Erica Pooler
Principal of glba, Gospel Light Baptist Academy, worship pastor
Donald and Erica Pooler have been married for 18 years and have three children, Michael, Audrina, and James. Donald serves as the worship director at GLBC, and both he and his wife are involved in the music ministry. Donald also serves as the principal of our educational ministry, Gospel Light Baptist Academy, which you can learn more about here.

Danial & Chloe Yeager

Danial and Chloe joined our staff early summer 2025 and have three children, Brooklynn, Oliver, and Rowan. Danial and Chloe oversee GLBC Kids which meets on Sundays at 9:40am, 11am and Wednesdays at 7pm. Danial is our young adults pastor and together they lead GLBA Crossroads which is the young adults connect group that meets on Wednesdays at 7pm.

Toby & Melanie Garcia
Youth Pastor
Toby and Melanie lead our Thrive Teens group which encompasses 6th-12th grade. They are passionate about helping teens find Christ and grow in their relationships with Him and others. The Garcias and their team are focused on helping teens thrive! Their groups meet Sundays at 9:40am and Wednesdays at 7pm.
